Locally owned  Community Bank with deep roots in Iowa is looking to add a Senior Underwriter to their staff.  They are built to serve their customers with a lasting commitment towards excellence.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

• Mandatory 7+ years experience
• BA in Finance preferred
• Strong Underwriting familiarity with C&I, CRE & Agriculture

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $90k – $105K Base Salary
• Bonus structure based in bank’s performance
