Market President

MADISON, WI  |   $125k – $160k +  Bonus

We are engaged with a reputable and well respected bank with a presence throughout Wisconsin and actively seeking a Market President for the Madison metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the reputation, presence and development as well as market share initiatives throughout the Madison area.
• Maintain and grow the Commercial Loan presence in the Madison metro area.
• Existing portfolio is approximately $80M+
• Lead a team of 1-2 Commercial Baking Officers and add staff as the portfolio grows.
• Target Commercial Companies with revenues up to $100MM+ and Credits from $2MM
• Engage the culture.  Retail and operational oversight is under separate management, but collaboration as a team and proper communication is key.  Leadership and engagement across various business lines and departments (Treasury, Investment, Etc.) to expand the customer relationship base.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Commercial Banking Experience
• Strong Commercial Credit skill set, primarily C&I credits
• Prefer experience handling relationships/credits in the $2MM – $50MM+ range
• Consistent track record of solid production and performance.
