Small niched Credit Union that is on the rise with strong leadership and full proof reputation is in need of a Director of Business Development.  You will lead two sales teams along with responsibilities of producing individually.

Experience Profile:

• 3+ Years Commercial Lending experience
• 2+ Years Management Experience preferred
• Emphasis on Construction Lending, if possible.
