EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

• 3+ years of Ag Credit Experience
• Preferable – 5+ years of Ag Lending 
• Strong Understanding and Passion for Ag
• Not afraid to business develop and get out of the office!

OPPORTUNITY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage existing Ag Portfolio of Clients
• Build contacts to increase loan volume and portfolio
