COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Strong community bank with a sound reputation and top notch leadership is in need of a Market President for the Quad Cities area.  You’ll be the ‘go-to’ for the local presence with the primary function being a Player/Coach on the Commercial Banking side.

OPPORTUNITY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the face of the organization throughout the Quad Cities market.
• As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll be instrumental in key decisions for the bank and the growth of the organization.
• Lead/oversee and develop a team of Commercial Bankers while assisting in the growth of the overall loan portfolio.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

• 7+  years of Commercial Banking experience
• Strong people skills and leadership aptitude to help grow the organization and improve performance
• Middle market Commercial Banking experience preferred.
• Annual Revenues in the $10MM – $100MM range and Credits from $1MM – $20MM.                                          

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $125k – $145k Base Salary
